Our Terms & Conditions comply with UK and EU legislation and are designed to help customers shop safely and securely online. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order, as they govern the supply of the products listed on this website ("Products").

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, trademarks, photos, and written text, is the property of Apelson Appliances UK Ltd and its partners. No part of this content or software may be reproduced, copied, sold, or downloaded without written permission from us.

Liability
We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses arising from the sale of Products on this website. This includes, but is not limited to, property damage, lost income or profits, economic losses, and third-party claims.

Our total liability for all losses connected to the contract shall be limited to 120% of the purchase price of the Products.

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, we are not liable for delays in dispatch or delivery. Orders may be canceled before dispatch for a full refund, except in the case of special orders. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights, and we do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Price, Delivery Charges, and Availability
Prices for Products include applicable sales tax unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges vary based on the Products ordered, delivery address, and selected method. Delivery costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Despite our best efforts, occasional pricing errors may occur. If a pricing error is identified, we reserve the right to cancel the order or offer the correct price for your consideration.

Products are subject to availability. Stock items are dispatched the same day if ordered before 4 pm. Standard UK delivery is 48 hours, with European delivery within 3–5 days. Delivery terms for non-stock or special orders will be quoted individually.

Order, Delivery, and Payment Information
Orders are confirmed by email upon receipt, forming a contract between you and us. A further email will confirm dispatch.

Payment must be made in advance unless agreed otherwise. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment authorizations are subject to validation checks.

Returns Policy

Surplus to Requirements
Notify us within 14 days of delivery if you no longer require the part. Unused items in original packaging can be returned for credit with a Returns Authorisation Number.

Faulty Products
Parts fitted by an authorised Cata service agent are covered by a 30-day parts and labour warranty. Self-installed parts are not covered under warranty but can be returned for inspection. Refunds will only be issued if a fault is confirmed.

Cancellations and Consumer Rights
Stock orders can be canceled before dispatch. Special orders cannot be canceled unless you are a consumer, as outlined under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Events Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, accidents, or supply chain disruptions.

Product Specification & Suitability
We strive to provide accurate product information. However, specifications may vary. Refunds for unsuitable items are issued upon return, excluding collection costs.

Security & Privacy
We value your privacy and comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR regulations. Personal data is shared only within the Apelson group for operational purposes.

Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing via email. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and respond in a timely manner.

Warranty and Safety

In-Warranty Products
For warranty claims, contact the Service Help Desk listed in your user manual. Replacing parts independently may void your warranty.

Out-of-Warranty Products
For safety, we recommend professional installation of electrical or gas-specific spare parts. Sales of certain gas spare parts may be restricted to certified professionals.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
